On 10 May we celebrate ‘Movement for Health Day’. On this day all fields of Physiotherapy will promote movement:
• Movement of your body for good musculoskeletal health
• Movement against osteoporosis
• Movement to improve cardio-vascular health
• Movement to learn new movement patterns in neurological conditions
• Movement at your workplace
• Movement in the water
• Movement of your joints to mobilise stiffness
• Movement to relieve pain
• Movement for youngsters to develop their brains and bodies
• Movement for senior citizens to maintain brain and body health
