2017 SASP membership Renewal and New Registration will open on the 1 October 2017.

Please take note that there will be a planned downtime of the membership portal on the evening of the 30th September 2016, from 18:00 to midnight. This is due to routine maintenance, and the membership portal will be up and running in time for the opening of the renewal period.

How to Renew or Join for 2017

• Renew

(If you are a current 2016 SASP member)
(This includes members who started but did not complete there 2016 registration)

1) Go to the tag LOGIN on the far right of the page.
2) From the drop down box chose ‘Login / RENEW’.
3) A page will open in which you place your ID and Password. (If you have forgotten your password, chose ‘Forgot Password’ and follow the prompts)
4) You will be taken to Step 1 of the registration wizard to start the renew process.

If you wish to continue with the renew process continue by checking / changing any details on Step 1. When done, press NEXT.
In Step 2, you will have to choose you membership category and SIG’s for 2017. Your 2017 fee will appear on this page. When done, press NEXT.
In Step 3 you will have to check / change information related to your work environment. When done, press NEXT.
Step 4 is new. We request some information from you. None of the fields are locked, but your feedback is vital and important and will be appreciated. When done, press NEXT.
Step 5 is where you will find the 2017 Terms and Conditions, which you will have to accept along with the SASP Code of conduct. You now chose to ‘pay now’ or ‘pay later’ (before 31/12/2016)

If you do not wish to renew your registration at this stage, click on the ‘HOME’ tab (top left).
You will be directed to the home page of your ‘members only’ section.
If at any time you want to start / completed your 2017 membership renew, click on the
STATUS (2017): Pending (Renew now) tab which appears at the top of the page:

 

• NEW members

(Has never been a member before, or was last a member in 2015 or before)

1) Go to the tag LOGIN on the far right of the page.
2) From the drop down box chose ‘Register as NEW Member’.
3) You will be directed to a page where you will need to fill in a few details such as:
* Your ID number
* Your name and surname
* Your personal individual email address
* A password of your choice (Please do not forget it – write it down somewhere safe)
[Must be at least 6 characters long. Have one none letter / digital character (.e.g. # or %).
Have one digit (0-9). Have one uppercase (A-Z)]
4) Press REGISTER, and an email will be sent to your personal individual email address. When you receive the email click on the link and start the process of filling in your details, choice of membership, accepting terms and conditions and payment options.

NEW members, as well as members who started but did not complete there 2016 membership registration process (Transaction status: Pending / In Process), but have now joined for 2017 have been granted free access and benefits for the remainder of 2016, once there 2017 membership fees have been paid (or Debit Order signed). These benefits EXCLUDE Mal practice (and Public Liability Insurance –PPO) for 2016. Your Mal practice (and Public Liability Insurance – PPO) will start from the 1 January 2017.
If you would like Mal practice (and Public Liability Insurance –PPO) for the remainder of 2016, your will have to contact the SASP Head Office to join as a 2016 SASP member.
